Items received damaged or defective?

You have 30 days to declare receipt of a damaged or defective product or to report a missing part on delivery.

If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your item, unfortunately we cannot process your request. This is why it is very important to inspect your package upon delivery.

Product received in good condition on delivery but damaged during use, check our political guarantee.

Possible solution in the case of an item received damaged or defective or with a missing part

Depending on the nature of the defect or damage and the availability of the product, we will provide you with one of the following resolutions, at our discretion:

* Compensation in the form of store credit
* A replacement item
* One or more replacement part(s)

If you wish to fully return your item, you can do so according to our return policy.

 

Exclusion

We will not be able to process your complaint if your item:

* Was delivered more than 30 days ago.
* Has been used. See the Warranty Policy instead.
