What are the delivery times and fees?

The average delivery time within Canada is 1 to 5 business days, except for pre-orders. The delivery fee for our learning towers is $19.95 CAD within Canada, with the exception of Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon, for which the fees are calculated by our carrier.

At Bois Concept, we strive to offer fast delivery times and reasonable shipping fees to ensure a pleasant and satisfactory shopping experience.

What is the recommended minimum age for using the learning tower?

The recommended minimum age for using the learning tower is 12 months. Your child is ready to use the tower when they can stand firmly and walk independently. It is important to note that your child cannot use the learning tower safely before reaching this stage of development.

Where are your products made?

We are proud to offer our customers products that are entirely made in Quebec. We produce, package, and ship our products from our workshop to reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to protecting the environment. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to offering you locally made quality products.

Is it possible to return an item?

Yes, it is possible to return an item within 30 days of the date of receipt of your package. To do so, please contact us to request a return authorization. Note that returns are only allowed if the original box has not been opened. The shipping fees for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. The product will be refunded within 7 business days of receiving the package in its original box, in new condition.

Is it possible to cancel or modify an order?

Of course, we understand that you may change your mind or forget to add something to your order. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to respond to your request as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Sezzle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Discover.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to inform us. It is therefore important to inspect your order upon receipt.

Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will offer you one of the following solutions: delivery of one or more replacement parts, or complete replacement of the product.

To report a damaged or defective item, please contact us providing your order number, product name, parts to be replaced (refer to the Assembly Manual), and clear photos of the damage or defect.

Please note that wood is a natural material, and variations in grain, color, knots, or texture may be present in wooden products, which attest to their quality. However, varnish is sensitive to wear and commercial cleaners, and it may peel if damaged, and we are not responsible for damage to the product during use.
